Can I climb Chulu East Peak?

It is difficult to climb with the long climbing day and 30 to 80 degrees weaving ice slopes lots of tearing snowfields. It doesn't need compulsory previous climbing experience, however, it highly requires a good level of physical fitness and the proper acclimatized parties to push the summit. It needs a guy rope and fixed rope on the slope of the peak. It requires highly safety equipment placement knowledge. Such as Jumaring, up sailing and Cramponing.

You don't worry you are a beginner climber or you are a general level of fitness climber, you can always do Chulu east 6,429 meters (21,092ft), but you must consider having acclimatization days to adjust the unfamiliar thin air surroundings.

Can I learn mountaineering skills on the Base Camp?

The guide instructs you a lot on Chulu East base camp time before going on to the summit. What is the best time of a year to climb Chulu east?

There are two distinct trekking seasons. The best months to climb to Chulu East are pre-monsoon (February, March, April, and May) and post-monsoon (August, September, October, November and till mid-December). What is the accommodation like for the Chulu east peak?

What kind of documents do I need for the Chulu East peak?

Valid passport, 2 extra passport size photos, airline tickets.

Separate photocopies of passport, visa form (easily obtained at Kathmandu airport), proof of insurance.

Dollars or Euros in cash for purchasing Nepalese visa at Kathmandu airport, for paying for restaurants and hotels, for gratuities, snacks, and to purchase your own drinks and gifts.

Credit cards, Bank/ATM/Cash machine cards for withdrawing funds from cash machines (bring a photocopy of your cards), traveler's checks, etc.

Do I need a permit for the Chulu East Peak?

Obviously, the climber needs permits to climb Chulu far east peak. If any climber ascends Chulu far east peak without a permit, it will be an illegal action. The guide or group leader should have to bring permits all the time and register permits in Police checkpoint and Jomsom and again in peak base camp.

What kind of travel insurance do I need it?

Travel insurance protects travelers in case of emergency or interruption of a trip:

During times of emergencies like acute mount sickness (AMS) or a natural calamity, you might have to be immediately deported in a helicopter. The cost of such deportation is covered by health insurance that needs to be purchased before you start the trek. Consult any travel agency regarding the purchase of insurance. They should guide you through it. Make sure you do not start the trip without it. The insurance policy should be covered the Helicopter rescue evacuation, up to 6,500 meters and medical hospitalization and accident.

What kind of equipment and gears do I need?
